Bilingual Customer Service Rep - WLD Operation Su

Min Pay Annually: $25,200.00
Min Pay Hourly: $12.12Handles inbound calls in a call center environment pertaining to Dish, Broadband, DSL, Dial-Up services, WLN and CLEC. Resolves customer inquiries, billing issues and product/service concerns. Explain and sell products and services to new and existing customers. Access and update customer accounts through computer based systems with the customer on the phone. The ability to take initiative and accountability in obtaining general knowledge of billing systems and order entry. Gains and maintains product/service knowledge, working knowledge of wireline technology and industry updates. Other duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements: Proficiency in English and Spanish language skills (reading, writing and speaking). Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment, use proper discretion in evaluating/elevating customer issues, work as a team player, and defuse difficult situations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel. Must be able to work flexible hours on a rotating schedule including evenings.Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years experience with 1-2 years directly related to the job. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate.Desired Qualifications: At least 1 year of call center experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.There is no relocation package offered for this position.
