POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Process customer orders via phone, fax, and internet

Assist in handling/translating Spanish calls and communications

Answer product, pricing, and availability inquiries

Enter quotes on quantity/custom items and research orders

Professional phone manner and ability to work independently

Typing speed of 30wpm
