Bilingual Call Center Representative

REQUIREMENTS
<p>To be considered for these temp-to-hire positions, you must be bi-lngual (English/Spanish) and possess at a minimum, 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment, demonstrated dependability, some college education, excellent verbal and written grammatical skills, strong phone etiquette, and customer service initiative. A flexible work schedule, PC knowledge, a high comfort level working in a Windows environment, and at least 35 wpm typing by touch are also required.
