Human ResourcesRecruit and retain diverse talented team members and help develop our fast, fun and friendly corporate culture.PurposeAs a bilingual benefits representative, you'll handle all incoming team member, store and outside inquiries relating to services provided by the Team Member Service Center, with emphasis on those services requiring a Spanish speaking Representative.See Yourself:
Receiving all incoming Spanish calls to the Team Member Service Center (TMSC)Answering all incoming calls to the TMSC hourly line and responding to all inquiries in a fast and courteous mannerUtilizing call tracking as necessary to record caller information for future referenceResponding to queue calls as necessary to ensure that guest service levels are not compromised during peak periods and timeframesUsing online resources and other material determined by supervisor to ensure accuracy of answerReferring calls to Benefits Specialist when answer cannot be found in online reference material so that proper research and documentation can be relayedInterpreting for Benefits Specialists, Senior Benefits Specialists and all other departments within the TMSCCompleting the necessary documentation essential for retrieving information to meet team member requestsProviding consistent feedback and suggestions to improve online benefits help-tool by utilizing the benefits help feedback formMaintaining performance standards, both in production and quality serviceTranslating documents, as needed
Job RequirementsMinimum Requirements:
2-year degree or equivalent work experienceExcellent guest service skillsGood written and oral communication skillsProfessional attitude when responding to inquiriesBasic typing skillsFlexible scheduleTeam playerFluent in both English and SpanishProficiency in English and Spanish reading/writing skillsProficient in MS Office PackageSelf-motivatedAbility to identify and problem solveGreat listening skills
