Bi-lingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representatives

Accurate Auto Insurance is in need of Full time Bi-lingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representatives for it's Bridgeview, Joliet and Aurora, IL offices.

Must have excellent Communication skills and a positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Professional appearance and attitude are desired. Industry designations and license are a plus, but not necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities:Policy and endorsement issuance.Customer and company correspondence (phone, e-mail, and person). Automated policy rating; agency management system (client database) upkeep.Assisting PL manager and underwriters.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills and Competencies:Bi-lingual Spanish a must!Candidate must have strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.The ability to work independently and cohesively in a team environment in conjunction with service staff.The ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment is crucial.Education and Experience:Two or more years of personal lines insurance experience is helpful but not necessary.Quote Pro and/or ITC knowledge a plus but not necessary.Salary:
Gross pay is well above the industry average for successful CSR with benefits and health insurance.
