Bi-lingual Call Center Rep

Are you bi-lingual in both English and Spanish? Do you enjoy providing great customer service? If so, Volt has the position for you! Working in an inbound customer contact center, representatives provide services to customers regarding skin care, beauty and other products. Basic responsibilities include customer retention, order taking, billing resolution, account maintenance, and educating customers about product usage. Although this is not a sales position, our client is a direct marketing company and there is a very strong emphasis on using product knowledge and telephone listening and probing skills to retain customers and cross sell and upsell products. CUSTOMER RETENTION: It is a requirement to attempt to save customers that call in to cancel their account. This is accomplished through education (asking the customer how they are using the product and educating them how to use the product to obtain better results) and probing (ex: why are you canceling your account today? Can I suggest….). Making an attempt to retain customers is a requirement on every call.
