Bi-Lingual Pepsi Direct Sales Representative

This person contributes to the success of The Pepsi Bottling Group by taking calls that result in orders to restock call-in customers, handing service and delivery issues, and revenue generation through best call practices and marketing programs, promotions, and products.



Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key AccountabilitiesUse issue resolution follow-up to handle a wide variety of questions, issues, and customer service needs with seamless coordination and communication with customers Turn all inbound calls into a positive experience for our customers by using best call guidelines Execute Customers Partnership Agreement for assigned location through strict adherence to Field Partnership Agreement Generate revenue through adherence to established Call Quality Standards, including Upsell attempts, Best call Practices, and following Inbound and Field Location Partnership agreements Active involvement and support of territory sales team

Basic Job Qualifications

Must speak Spanish fluently Must write Spanish proficiently High school diploma or GED Previous customer service experience



Preferred Job QualificationsA minimum of 2 years of fact-based selling experience Willingness to work flexible work hours
