Job Description
We are seeking professional and motivated Call Center Agents to work in our Fort Lee, NJ branch office. We offer excellent hourly pay plus incentives with flexible part time hourly positions available during the day, in the evening and on the weekends. Our Call Center Agents speak with prospective clients who have requested information about our mortgage services. They discuss a prospective client’s needs and schedule appointments for the client to meet with a mortgage consultant.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn the basic skills necessary to begin a career in the mortgage banking industry. Our representatives take in-bound calls from our extensive advertising campaigns and make out-bound calls to our database of past leads using our automated dialing system.
Primary Responsibilities
