Resolve issues relating to product capability, client product knowledge & ensure the client is utilizing appropriate procedures. Develop and maintain effective client communication, satisfaction & client retention. REQUIREMENTS


Experience with the Internet, MS Office needed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with electronic communication. Excellent listening skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
