Benefit Services Representative (JOB ID: 9641BR)
Description:
Serves as primary point of contact/support and liaison for all questions regarding Caremark's Health & Welfare Benefit related plans, by handling all incoming calls from employees, carriers and providers. Major components of the positions include time spent on administering enrollments, terminations of coverage, COBRA, QFSC, address changes, claim resolution, eligibility issues, benefit research and benefit related problem resolution.
Hours are 8:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday - Friday.Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Superior Customer Service skill set (phone based) essential to success. Good problem solving and analytical skills required to be effective. Ability to serve as a team player and communicate well with others is important. Ability to manage time effectively will be important to become effective in this role. Basic computer skills required, including Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. Experience with PeopleSoft desirable, but not required.
Education:
High School diploma required. Human Resource or Psychology major is plus.
Experience:
Basic Health and Welfare including 401K administration knowledge.
