Beach Supervisor

This position maintains the established standards of performance, service, hospitality, cleanliness and safety at Sunset and South Beach operations at all times in order to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue. This position is a full-time, year-round, supervisory position. Duties include, but are not limited to, setting up and tearing down beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Renting watercraft items, selling retail items and providing one-on-one customer service to each guest with towels and any assistance needed with beach equipment. Responsible for daily supervision, scheduling, inventory, purchasing and payroll of all beach staff.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions, bend, stretch, lift 60 lbs and stoop in order to set up equipment. Must possess a valid driver’s license, be able to read, write and converse in English. Must have an outgoing personality and clean, neat appearance. Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
