Banquet ServerThe Renaissance Cleveland Hotel is a historic hotel located in the heart of downtown Cleveland. We have 491 rooms and 62,000 square feet of banquet facility.Duties include, but not limited to, setting tables in assigned area according to Banquet Event Order (BEO) requirements. Serve meals, coffee breaks, receptions, other special functions, as assigned, following standard policies and procedures. Assist in setting up and/or breaking down buffet or other special food service tables, stations and equipment as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays. Must have good customer service skills. Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers. Shift can include pushing, pulling, bending, stooping and upward reaching. Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
