Profile of a Volunteer Recruitment CoordinatorOur client, a National Non-Profit Company, is seeking Volunteer Recruitment Coordinators (VRC) to contact local business owners and corporate executives to invite them to participate in a unique, exciting community wide event to raise funds for local families supported by our client.Volunteer Recruitment Coordinators will especially love this job because they will be receiving a paycheck at the same time as they are helping others in a significant way. VRCs are pleasant, expressive people who enjoy talking to others and encouraging them to rally round a great community cause.They come from all walks of life; they can be teachers taking a sabbatical to raise their children; former insurance or real estate agents; people who like being on stage performing; people who are activists in their communities promoting good causes; parents who want hours based on the school hours of their children; or retired persons looking for flexibility in their work commitments. They are not selling a product or service. They are giving people an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of local families. VRCs are needed immediately and can be employed for a significant length of time. Work hours are generally 9am until 4pm Monday through Friday. The work environment is honest and casual but is geared toward getting maximum results and achieving their daily goals.




















Job Requirements


The ideal VRCs are articulate, energetic, can work with daily quotas and goals, and are confident. They are at ease on the phone, have a positive attitude, are competitive, have great people skills, and are self motivated.WE WILL BE CONDUCTING INTERVIEWS ON THE NORTH SHORE ON SEPTEMBER 6-7TH.
