BDC/CRM Manager

Job Purpose:
Increase sales effectiveness through utilizing enhance technologies and processes

Duties:
·System administrator for CRM tool
·Manage and maintain website
oMaintain inventory pictures for website
·Manage our website leads and develop effective systems to convert leads to appointments
·Develop/implement lead tracking techniques
·Assist in developing strategies to capture the business generated by the BDC
·Manage third party leads with tracking techniques to measure closing statistics
·Participate in weekly management meetings with progress reports
·Perform BDC functions as necessary such as:
oFollow up calls
oData base management
oCSI actions plans
oProvide tracking reports on daily sales and effectiveness
oProvide insight on areas of improvement
oDirect mail campaigns
·Any activity that would improve the effectiveness and end result (sales) of the Business Development Center.
·Manage in-coming sales calls and develop systems to convert calls to appointments
·Manage and maintain an efficient staff to meet the responsibilities of the BDC.
·Provide daily statistical management reports.
