Candidate should be an experienced top-performing client relationship and solution sales manager. This position would be directly responsible for development of relationships with key client executives with the objective to identify, develop and pursuit business opportunities. Candidate
should have an entrepreneurial mindset, relevant account management experience, automotive industry knowledge and demonstrated track record in selling professional services to Asian based companies.
Responsibilities include:
Manage the business relationships based in Michigan, Ohio and Kentucky.
Build and maintain deep and broad relationships with key decision-makers and influencer at all levels of the client organization.
Support client engagement team in creation of strategic and tactical plans to target, qualify and win opportunities.
Understand the clients business and industry issues and communicate Deloitte's value proposition.
Become the knowledge leader of the Firm's services
Surface client needs and develop sales opportunities
Help in to deliver the Firm's capabilities to clients
Foster teamwork and develop consensus amongst Deloitte teams
Qualifications and requirements are as follows:
The ideal candidate will have a significant level of
business development and sales experience in a professional service or consulting environment
Automotive industry knowledge expertise
Prior success as a business development manager
Strong sales management knowledge and/or experience
10-15 years of relationship management experience with Asian automotive OEMs and suppliers
Expertise in relationship building that increases account penetration and leads to increased revenue opportunities with existing clients
Experience in working in a professional services industry, and knowledge of Deloitte service offerings
Developing and utilizing pre-existing network of clients or contacts
Success in working closely with service line leaders, partners, practitioners and other business development and sales experts to develop strategies and tactics that drive targeting programs and win business
Sucessfully manage proposal development and make live oral presentations
Japanese language fluency
Ability to develop and
secure relationships with buyers, decision makers, influencers and other referral sources across a variety of industries
