Attendant / Personal Care GiverDisability Services of the Southwest has positions available for attendants / personal care to assist with activities of daily living in a home setting to individuals with disabilities.

Duties Include:
Assist participant to live independently within the community
Assures client's safety, health, and welfare.
Utilizes time management & organizational skills so that assigned tasks are completed promptly and documented accurately.
Attends all scheduled training sessions

Services provided include nursing, therapies and personal attendant services, as well as assistance in home modification and adaptive aids, job coaching and supported employment.DSSW staff believes everyone deserves the opportunity for independence. REQUIREMENTS
Experience in a home based setting preferred, but training is available
Current CPR certificate
Clear criminal history
