Serves as part of a team of professionals delivering quality auditing service to a variety of top-tier Private Company Services (PCS) clients in our Assurance practice in Atlanta. Develops new ways to help clients solve complex business problems. Takes a consultant's approach to the attest/assurance process of client's operations utilizing PricewaterhouseCoopers' practice methodology, state of the art analytical and technological tools and best practice's methodologies. Provides risk assessment, planning, "review by interview", analytical procedures, methods to enhance operations, shareholder value and focused reviews of information systems. Responsible for conveying solutions to client's complex business problems through the use of written reports and presentations. Develop analytical and substantive audit programs in accordance with US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), and GAAS (Generally Accepted Auditing Standards) regulations. Consult and report on client's financial and non-financial information, annual audits and quarterly reviews. Depending on the size of the engagement will be required to supervise, coach, develop and lead team members.
REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirement:
Bachelor degree in Accounting required.Essential Requirements:
4-6 years related public accounting, audit or business management experience in a Big 4 firm or firm of equivalent environment and/or industry-diverse products client base organization experience. CPA license or eligibility to sit for CPA examination in state of GA required.
