REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Qualified candidate will have previous boutique management experience, creative visual merchandising skills, excellent customer service skills, and training and development experience. Applicant must be able to motivate, train and track employee sales and work to achieve success for the entire concept. Exemplary customer service skills are absolutely essential.
