As the Associate Manager, Business Operations, you will be responsible for the order to cash cycle within a team. Also, will establish targets and goals, interpret and execute policies and procedures, and recommend modifications to operating policies. Will also develop and administer schedules and performance requirements; and may have budget responsibility.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will possess:
BS or equivalent experience
6 or more years of experience in customer service/order processing related activities and/or credit and collections
Supervisory/managerial experience
Solid oral and written communication skills
Effective recruitment, interviewing, and selection skills; staff development, performance, diversity, and turnover skills
Working knowledge and full use of principles, theories, and concepts in customer support, order processing, billing, and asset control, and credit and collections
Solid analytical, negotiating, and problem solving skills
