CT works closely with the legal and corporate communities by providing services to facilitate transmission of data to the Secretary of State on behalf of corporations including name changes, changes of ownership, dissolution, renewals, and new incorporations.

We currently have an opportunity in our Springfield, IL office for an Associate Fulfillment Specialist to join our fulfillment team. The Specialist will fulfill customer orders which include: reviewing the filing of corporate documents and annual reports for accuracy, filing documents with state agencies, obtaining documents already on file, and responding to inquiries from the service team and external agencies. In addition they will be handling the processing of Service of Process.
REQUIREMENTS
oHigh School degree required
o1-2 years of customer service and/or office experience
oExcellent attention to detail; communication and organizational skills
oAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
oPC skills, including MS Word and Outlook
