Job Description
Assist the Cafeteria Manager in the daily operation of the cafeteria and be responsible for the operation when the manager is absent.Assist in hiring, training, motivation and delegation of work assignments to the profitability and efficiency of operations.Assure customer satisfaction to increase sales volume. Maintain serving line according to all S&S policies and procedures.Supervise the quality of housekeeping and sanitation.Train employees in proper food merchandising to assure high quality and attractiveness of food.Assure appropriate maintenance and repair of equipment to contribute to the effective operation of the cafeteria.Assure proper portion control to help achieve profits.Maintain payroll control.Review various cost reports and records and take corrective actions.Set production and fill out menus. Menus are done seven days in advance.Responsible for china and silver inventory as well as food inventory.Serve as cafeteria manager in his absence to assure smooth operation.Be adaptable to changes in management, location or assignments as directed by the Cafeteria General Manager, District Manager or other Corporate official.Benefits:
