¿Works in a unit to support sales and service responsibilities for all aspects of the Client and Talent relationshipsMajority of time is focused on developing sales and customer service skills while working their own databaseBalance of time is spent recruiting and supporting Talent and contributing to unit/branch success through operational excellenceBuilds, manages, qualifies, and maintains a database of Clients and prospects that are aligned to the business opportunities in the marketBuilds top of mind awareness through effective phone calls and in-person visits, which foster a consultative relationship and increase business with the ClientSells value of Randstad services to support customers in achieving their business goalsEffectively recruits, interviews, retains, coaches and develops TalentWill understand the Talent¿s needs and will assist them in meeting their professional goalsMarkets the Talent's skills, knowledge and abilities to the right companies so that we make the best match for the Client and the TalentWorks with a unit partner to effectively manage the profitability of their businessEffectively plans work based on meeting Client and Talent needsCreates and executes a unit business plan with Unit partner to effectively develop and retain Clients, recruit and develop Talent, and deliver Randstad¿s operational standards with excellence
REQUIREMENTS
* ¿4-year college degree strongly preferred0-2 years total professional work experience, pre or post degree0-2 years of sales work experience is preferredVolunteer work and/or extracurricular activities strongly encouraged while attending schoolMust possess a desire and proven ability to work in a team focused environmentInternal drive to strive for perfection is mandatoryMust be self-motivatedMust possess effective time management skillsEffective oral and written communication skills are required
