Associate Account Representative

Our office located Petaluma, CA is seeking an Associate Account Representative. This position involves telephone contact to service existing accounts and sell policies. Candidates should have a professional telephone manner and the ability to work well with others. Employees will be required to obtain a state insurance license and meet continuing education requirements.

The position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills and computer keyboard skills (35 wpm) as well as letter writing and computer processing. Previous sales and service experience is a plus. Comprehensive training is provided. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
