Our store managers work daily to insure that the customer's shopping experience is unsurpassed by any of our competitors. We have local stores statewide and we are looking to bring on talented management candidates to help us run existing locations; as well as, prepare for our new store openings in 2006 and 2007. Our merchandise selection surpasses all other drug store chains and customers can count on new and exciting merchandise - priced right when they want it. Our pharmacies are run by knowledgeable, compassionate pharmacists and technicians who understand our customer’s needs and want to help them. The store management and their sales staff are very customer focused as they constantly strive to make the shopping experience a plus for every customer.

Ensure prompt, efficient and courteous customer serviceMaintain a clean, customer friendly environment in the storeManage cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies at all times, with staff and customer safety as the uppermost priority.Manage, maintain and report as necessary all merchandise and non-merchandise stock.Manage upkeep and condition of all equipment, fixtures and facility.Manage health, safety, security, and emergency systems, while ensuring staff and customer awareness according to company policy and relevant law.Manage customer service activities to ensure staff competence, so as to optimize and sustain sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.Ensure protection of company assets.
REQUIREMENTS
At Drug Fair a successful store manager candidate will meet the following requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent requiredAt least on year of managerial experience; retail experience preferredDesire to be part of a fast paced, performance-driven, team oriented business environment.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skillsMerchandising skillsBanking skillsPeople management skillsSelf motivated
