Assistant Store Manager, Cape Coral

Purpose:
Effectively assists the store / kiosk manager supervise all aspects of a retail store and/or multiple retail kiosk. Assist with HR responsibilities. May manage small retail location. Consistently achieve sales objectives including activations, accessories, enhance service and revenue goal. Tracks and measures retail store performance. Prepares sales projections, and management reports and correspondence. Assists in managing store payroll including overtime and temp expenses. Assists in managing store operating expenses. Responsible for assisting the SM in recruitment, selection and training of RSC and personnel. Responsible for being fully staffed. Guides and evaluates RSC and SRSC performance. Provides support to RSC and SRSC employees during peak periods or when scheduling conflicts arise. Successfully completes all sales and data training programs and assists the sales team in the successful completion of all sales and data training programs that are identified. Completes required paperwork in timely manner, including weekly updates, manages inventory to meet established guidelines, responsible for daily financial, accounting and inventory control. Maintains store appearance and product presentation to company standards and implements store promotions to achieve sales and financial objective within a timely manner.


QUALIFICATIONS:

High School / GED, 1 year Cingular sales administration supervisory experience or 2 years Cingular Sales experience (minimum 100% of attainment YTD)
