Our customer service is legendary and is the benchmark by which others in the industry are measured.Job Description:The Assistant Spa Directors focus on creating Coldwater Creek the Spa culture of legendary customer service while exceeding metrics expectations, and developing the skills and talents of the Spa team in a team environment. Job Responsibilities:
Embraces and promote the Coldwater Creek philosophy, culture, and high expectations of legendary customer service
Promotes a positive environment for customers and associates through respect, trust and caring.
Spa wide responsibilities including opening and closing procedures, development of weekly schedules and leadership to include coaching, treatment and selling techniques.
Assistant Spa Director will assume responsibilities of the Spa Director in their absence.
Develops Leadership Team members to promote growth within the company by implementing training initiatives, personal development plans and providing continuous coaching.
Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, hiring, and retention of top talent.
Responsible to coach, train, and motivate spa team to provide legendary customer experience.
Monitors performance and provides feedback to Spa Leads and Spa Associates, though ongoing verbal communication and written evaluations.
Prepare and conduct effective Weekly Leadership Team Meetings, daily

Meetings and monthly Spa
Meetings in cooperation and coordination with the Spa Manager.
Act as a liaison between Spa Manager and Spa Team.
Maintains integrity of Coldwater Creek
s brand identity through compliance with all corporate directives.
Organize effective promotional activities and employee events.
All other related projects and/or duties as assigned by the Spa Manager.Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of Spa management experience
Proven exceptional customer service skills
Customer focused, team oriented and strong people skills
Merchandising/visual skills; experience with product retail and apparel goods
Consistently exhibits high energy level; ability to balance multiple tasks
Proactive and creative problem solving ability
Ability to work on their feet in a fast paced environment for extended periods of time
Demonstrated leadership, integrity and positive work ethic
Extreme flexibility and adaptability to work weekends and overtime
Passion and desire for excellence; motivated, results driven and caring
Detail oriented, conscientious, thorough and reliable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
