The Retail Store Supervisor will: Support the Retail Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of a retail store including, assisting with hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, loss prevention, and team leadership. Serve as the primary point of contact for back office employees including Customer Service Representatives, Technical Support Representatives, and Inventory Support Specialists and will be a liaison for customer escalations in the absence of the Store Manager.Support the Store Manager in leading the team in inside sales, outside events, and outbound marketing. Include assisting with the management of an approved store budget, timely reporting of sales and inventory, time pool reporting, monitoring adherence to customer and credit adjustment policies, and ensuring that all applicable store inventories are received and secured.
job requirements The successful candidate will work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required and adapt quickly to the constant changing environment of the wireless industry.
