Assistant Restaurant Manager

Pollo Tropical, the highly successful and fast growing Caribbean-style Chicken Restaurant chain is seeking highly qualified and experienced Assistant Managers. The right candidate will have years of experience in quick casual restaurants with an emphasis on front of the house management and should possess skills for rapid career growth to the multi-unit supervisor position. Initially, the candidate will also have full P&L and operational responsibility for a $3 million plus operation.
