As an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible, under the guidance of the General Manager, for the profitability and efficient operation of the Service Department. Recruiting, talent selection, and training will be an important part of your position. You will need to build partnerships with your sales team to attract new customers while retaining existing accounts. You will be responsible for developing and motivating staff to attain proper standards of performance. You will need to analyze reports and initiate proper corrective actions for unacceptable trends.

Job Requirements
A Bachelor's degree and a strong operations management background are required. Significant customer interface and service responsibilities are essential. Two years of sales and leadership experience are necessary. Opportunity for advancement might require ability to relocate.
