Assistant General Manager reports directly to the General
Manager.

Work closely with all departments of the hotel, coordinating their
efforts to best serve the guests.

Ensure proper staffing is available in all departments.

Assist with any guest service opportunities as they arise.

Ensure all standards are upheld in all departments.

Provide follow-up/service recovery support as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

A demonstrated passion for success.

Ability see projects through to completion.

Execute reporting in a timely manner.

Possess exceptional verbal, and written communication skills.

Accept nothing less than the standard in all areas.

Ability to comprehend and conceptualize service objectives and
strategies.



Previous hotel management experience is required;

Hilton/Hampton Inn experience is preferred.

Food and beverage experience also a plus.

At least 5+ years of experience is required.
