Founded in 1977, RCR Companies continues to experience growth as residential construction continues to increase.Will assist Division Manager with responsibility for sales, engineering, estimating, administration, budgeting, P&L, long-range planning, employee development and training within the assigned division.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have solid business experience in the residential construction/building industry with a strong understanding of plumbing contracting and the ability to succeed in a progressive, results-oriented,entrepreneurial environment. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field is prefered, plus five or more years experience managing a business (with full P&L responsibility)doing over $25 million with 100 or more employees.
