This position requires an outgoing, organized and customer-service oriented professional who is great at multi-tasking and who enjoys to work in a fast paced environment. The Assistant Community Manager (ACM) is responsible for assisting the Community Manager with managing the property in accordance with the goals, policies and procedures of WRIT. The ACM will help lead the Leasing Associates and Maintenance team. Overall, qualified applicants will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, generate creative ideas in a competitive market, effectively persuade individuals to choose our product, and actively participate in creating a fun work environment. REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of prior residential property management experience.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
• Possess strong administrative, organizational skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Professional image and broad understanding of sales/marketing and customer service.
• Demonstrate an understanding and commitment to equal housing, equal employment and racial/ethnic diversity policies at all times.
• Accounting and J.D. Edwards, or other accounting software experience a plus.
