Apparel Salesfloor Supervisor

Apparel Salesfloor Supervisor provides direct assistance to the Apparel Manager in the assigned areas of Apparel, Accessories, Active Footwear, Jewelry, Signing and Price Changes. Assists with assignment of daily tasks and monitoring of performance of teammates. Is responsible for providing an exceptional Customer experience in the Apparel, Jewelry and Accessories Department.
REQUIREMENTS
Must demonstrate strong leadership skills to direct and motivate teammates.Strong verbal skills and decision making skills for dealing with all types of teammate and customer situations.Must be able to quickly and effectively prioritize work for multiple teammates.High school equivalent reading and math skills.Prior retail industry experience required.Out-going attitude; positive and professional demeanor.Must be able to move around sales floor for extended periods.Requires occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.Must demonstrate physical agility (bending, twisting, reaching) for handling merchandise.Must be available to work days, nights and weekends to meet the needs of the store.
