Tempo Marketing, Inc. is the exlusive publisher of The Real Estate Book in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. With a 20+ year record of successfully producing The Real Estate Book in Southeastern Virginia, Tempo Marketing, Inc. is looking to grow their current market presence. We are looking for an enthusiastic Advertising Sales and Market Manager for our publications on the Virginia Peninsula (Newport News/Hampton/Williamsburg) and portions of South Hampton Roads (Chesapeake/Portsmouth/Suffolk).

The Advertising Sales and Market Manager is charged with developing and maintaining partnerships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by selling advertising solutions on a continuing basis for the Virginia Peninsula and portions of South Hampton Roads, VA.

Duties Include:

Developing new sales leads to grow an existing market
Maintains relationships by performing sales calls, customer service call and site visits
Building relationships by performing sales calls, customer service call and site visits
Make appointments and present advertising options to generate new business
Manage, service and support existing clients while generating additional business
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
REQUIREMENTS
At least one year of outside sales experience preferred. Advertising sales in any medium, business sales and/or publishing experience preferred
Consultative sales experience preferred. Desire and ability to maintain account after the sales is key
General knowledge of advertising/deadline/pruduction a plus
You will need the ability to work with limited supervision in a fast paced deadline oriented environment
