Administrative Coordinator
Are you a recent college graduate looking to gain valuable work experience in a professional setting? If so, then we have the positions for you. Our northwest side client is looking for several candidates for an indefinite period of time, but could become temp to hire for ideal candidates. IDEAL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE FAVORABLE CREDIT IN ORDER TO BE HIRED.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Main duties will include data entry, faxing, filing and copying/scanning documents. For qualified candidates, the following responsibilities will be added as the position proceeds:* Answer and respond promptly and properly to all phone and email inquiries about license status, and provide licensing assistance via telephone.
* Contact producers as necessary to collect all required information for licenses and appointments.* Process license applications or requests for appointment according to state regulations, compliance guidelines and contract terms.
* Oversee the complete process of fulfilling the client's requests in compliance with contract. This will include monitoring, follow-up and completion of the necessary state forms and instructions to fulfill licensing requests through the use of company software.* Responsible for the day-to-day satisfaction of the client. This includes but is not limited to researching customer issues and coordinating necessary resolutions.* Encouraged to facilitate changes, with involvement of supervision, that result in increased business and more efficient procedures.* Create and maintain complete client files on individual clients and company data for use in future licensing requests.Temporary Avenue, LLC is a temporary, temp to hire and permanent placement staffing company focusing in the areas of Accounting & Finance, Information Technology, and Administrative Support in a wide range of industries. REQUIREMENTS
* Able to work in team environments
* Detail oriented
* Enjoy performing research and high volumes of data entry
* Perform tasks with high degree of accuracy
* Have the ability to maintain a steady pace of productivity and meet target production standards
* Must communicate effectively both oral and written, with inside and outside clients
* Able to retain a high number of variables and details
* Strong decision making skills
* Insurance licensing experience is preferred, but not required
* Minimum of 2 years working in the insurance industry or customer service related field is preferred, but not required
