We are a middle-market leader offering a broad range of practices to a diverse clientele looking for a motivated and experienced administrative assistant play a vital role in running our Los Angeles office efficiently. Our office needs your skills if you offer more than strong office and computer abilities. This highly visible position requires an energetic individual with strong interpersonal and administrative abilities to work independently, proactively organize operations in a fast-paced environment, and handle and anticipate the administrative needs of the office. The right candidate will use these skills and keen intelligence to interface with clients and coordinate with the human resources, marketing, and finance departments in our New York office. The Firm offers significant advancement and professional development opportunities to the right candidate.RequirementsPrevious professional service firm experience
Strong Microsoft Word, Excel skills
