ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT NEEDED IN EVANSTON!!! An organization responsible for planning and coordinating conferences is in need of a very skilled administrative assistant to assist fulltime with a project. They are preparing for a large national conference with about 450 people coming to the Westin Hotel in Chicago in October. The selected candidate will also attend this event. The client is searching for a high level assistant with serious organizational skills; proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; and preferably someone with experience working in a medical setting. The person will also be responsible for answering phones, composing and sending emails/letters, and general office duties. The position is scheduled to begin immediately and last through the second week of November (or slightly longer).
