Activities Director

We currently have an opening for a Activities Director at Fox Hall, an apartment community located in Baltimore, MD.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing a monthly activities calendar
Keeping accurate records of outreach activities and participation
Handling, coordinating, planning, and implementing outreach within the community and beyond to attract resident participation in activities geared at all ages
Establishing and maintaining relationships with businesses and other service providers within the community REQUIREMENTS
Requirements include:

Must possess some related activities management and/or customer service experience
Must possess high levels of communication, skills, creativity, enthusiasm, and energy
Must be friendly, with strong customer service skills, the ability to handle different personality types, and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
Must be project oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks, plan ahead, and meet deadlines
Must be self-directed, with the ability to work independently, follow directions, follow-up and follow-through
Must possess strong organizational skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) a must
