ProLift Equipment, an $84 MM forklift distributor with six full-service facilities located in three states, is looking for experienced light industrial account sales representatives to generate and retain business, utilizing a consultative sales approach. The company is headquartered in Louisville, KY and is the fourth largest Toyota forklift dealership in the country. ProLift offers creative solutions to meet its customers’ material handling challenges, by providing the highest quality support services in the industry. We have open positions in Dayton, Cincinnati and Evansville for experienced industrial sales professionals with a proven track record of success. Specific positions vary by location and are focused on either new business development, account management or both.

Prospect, qualify, develop and close new accountsManage existing customer accounts, including cross-selling and up-sellingBuild long term relationships with clients, prospects, and vendorsGrow service, parts and rental revenue by selling new and used equipment through a solutions-oriented selling modelEngage customers as business partners through consultative selling techniquesEnsure continual customer satisfactionProduce equipment quotes, demonstrate product, present financial merchandising solutions/alternativesEvaluate off-lease and trade-in equipmentUtilize CRM system to manage prospects and the sales processParticipate in vendor programs
REQUIREMENTS


Requirements:
5 years of sales experience in industrial equipment or a similar field, with a documented track record of sales successCRM software skills & experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOutstanding customer service experienceAdvanced computer skillsA Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Multiple positions are available in Ohio and Indiana. We offer a base salary plus commission, and total annual compensation can exceed $100K. Local candidates are preferred, as relocation benefits are not offered.
