Account Manager - Customer Service

Our client, a worldwide leader in plastic manufacturing, is currently recruiting for an Account Manager for their corporate headquarters in Schaumburg, IL! This is a fantastic opportunity to maintain relationships with large corporate and internal clients.
REQUIREMENTS
As an account manager, your job responsibilities would include:

Maintain business relationships with corporate clients.
Handle client interactions from the order process to the production process.
Maintain relationships with internal departments including sales, manufacturing, and shipping and receiving.
Assist the Customer Service Department with departmental goals and procedures.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of Account Management experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Good communication is a necessity in this fast-paced environment. Candidates must also be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
