Account Installation Quality Review Technician

Provide Administrative support for Account Installation/Renewal Unit.

· Quality Review of plans, rates, carrier codes, commissions for
New Groups/Renewals and Transitioning Business;
· Process enrollment for New Business/Transitioning Business;
· Handle the logging of New Business/Renewals daily;
· Assist with set-up of plans, rates and commissions for New
Business, Renewals and Transitioning Business;
· Assist with coordination with carriers on issuance of new and
renewing group numbers;
· Assist with Set-up of carrier conversion program;
· Keep informed and have complete understanding of NIMIS
guidelines to ensure processing and deadlines are met;
· Keep informed about benefits, products, laws, regulations,
system and procedures;
· Keep informed and have complete understanding of commission
schedules and special broker arrangements; and
· Any other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
· Must be detail oriented with a focus on accuracy;
· Must be able to type accurately a minimum of 30 wpm both alpha
and numeric;
· Ability to work multiple priorities;
· Flexible and organized; and
· Sensitive to importance of completion of above mentioned
duties in a timely, accurate manner.
