Account Executive IT Staffing and Solutions
CTG, a leader in Information Technology is currently investing in its IT Solutions operations by adding an experienced Account Executive/Account Manager/Salesperson. This position will be responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships, proactively analyzing client technical requirements, aligning CTG’s staffing capabilities with client needs and filling the opportunities.
This position requires an individual with the ability to develop business strong client base through networking, cold calling and marketing CTG staffing services. The position requires multi-tasking capabilities and a diligent work ethic. This position is part of an existing hard charging and talented team that delivers excellence. We attract and retain the best.
DURATION: Fulltime
COMPENSATION: This is a leveraged position with a competitive base, depending on proven industry successes.
TRAVEL: Frequent travel to and from existing and prospective clients in the local market. Occasional travel to and from corporate sponsored training or networking trips.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree or higher is required or 5 years of progressive success as an IT Services Sales Executive.
POSITION TYPE: Full Time Salaried
SKILLS REQUIRED: Professional image with charismatic nature; high energy level and creative abilities; demonstrated sales ability/success in selling staffing services to the business community. Must be able to sell around objections; exceptional written and oral communication skills; multi-tasking; team mentality with leadership traits; a very strong personal drive to be in front of multiple existing and potential clients daily.
Duties will include:
- Develop new opportunities and prospect effectively and fill those opportunities
- Foster client confidence and strengthen selling relationships by demonstrating general business and IT knowledge
- Assist consultants in coordinating and making effective sales calls
- Develop and maintain account territory plans
- Find, develop, manage and maintain clients and consultants

- Two - Four years previous experience selling staff augmentation and recruiting
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop strong client and consultant relationships
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
