We are currently seeking qualified professionals for the role of Application Program Developer for our Indianapolis, IN location for our Services workforce.

Accenture's Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition. The Services workforce is made up of four groups: Client Operations, Project Based, Delivery Centers and BPO Businesses. Most of our people in Services are based long-term at a client location, an Accenture Delivery Center or, in some cases, an Accenture office

Job Description

Great opportunity for a recent graduate or a Junior Level Programmer. Position reports to Sr. Application Systems Developer or Team Lead.

Responsibilities include:
•Program problem analysis
•Problem correction or program modification
•Program development of new programs
•Turnover to system testing
•Develop unit test data and test packets
•Unit Testing
•Assist with test plan development

Possibility to be on a rotating off-hours pager support; 2 yr project

REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have Skills/Qualifications
•Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering preferred
•Formal programming/coding training and/or 1-2 years programming experience in work environment
•Experience with C++.Net Programming or Oracle Forms PL/SQL
•System testing is a PLUS
