ASTL Trainee--North Carolina

Will train for up to 6 months with various teams in different stores, partnering with key Team Leaders and Store Team Leaders to train on all aspects of store leadership. Will be expected to educate themselves on all aspects of the business while fulfilling responsibilities in each department and in the store. Great motivational skills Forthright and open communicator that will not be afraid to ask questions and seek help. Must be able to communicate well to TMs, TLs, and Regional team members. Provide a strong floor presence. Passionate about in-store execution of regional programs, marketing and signage plans, cross-merchandising, creating in-store energy, maintaining excellence in quality, display, and cleanliness during all hours of business. Lead by example in delivering legendary customer service. Be aware of the ASTL rotation process in the South Region. Give productive feedback on the training process for the ASTL position.
REQUIREMENTS
Flexibility in location in North Carolina. Recommendation of RC and STL. Provide brief statement as to why you want this position and why you are the most qualified. Provide a review of your current team to include succuss and opportunities. This will include: --TL survey --Labor analysis --Margin analysis --Sales analysis --Bench building/succession planning Provide an action plan that speaks to how you see yourself performing in the position. 2 years experience as a successful Team Leader or the equilivant. The ability to meet deadlines and follow timelines. Clear, managed and direct communication style. Entrepreneurial spirit. Strong desire to be an STL. The ability to plan. Passion for great food. Thorough follow through. Strong customer service focus.
