Working exclusively with Fortune 500 companies, our client company offers the best service and SPH (sales per hour) in the industry, providing both business-to-consumer and business-to-business outbound telesales services. These direct sales efforts are initiated by companies and government agency on behalf of their clients. Exceptional paid training and day-to-day support is provide by our client company from their corporate headquarters on the East coast, or one of their more than 70 facilities across the US. REQUIREMENTS
Experience assisting Call Center Manager managing teams of outbound telephone sales reps cold-calling potential customers, for both product and service related industries. Ability to motivate, coach and train to ensure success of every team member, working up to 85% of your day with your team on the phones. Previous Sales experience a MUST. Desire to grow within the position and move up. Open to re-location for growth opportunity a plus. SALARY based position, not commission. Exceptional benefits program including Health/Dental, 401K, and accrued Paid Time Off with Paid Holidays.
