REQUIREMENTS
Experience assisting Call Center Manager managing teams of outbound telephone sales reps cold-calling potential customers, for both product and service related industries. Ability to motivate, coach and train to ensure success of every team member, working up to 85% of your day with your team on the phones. Previous Sales experience a MUST. Desire to grow within the position and move up. Open to re-location for growth opportunity a plus. SALARY based position, not commission.
