Sunrise employs over 35,000 team members dedicated to serving seniors.Position: AREA MANAGERAREA MANAGER - This hands-on leadership role entails oversight of 10-15 locations, each with 30+ team members serving 80-100 residents. Employing your extensive business acumen to cultivate a positive environment that makes a difference, you will work to ensure high-quality service delivery, excellent customer service and solid financial performance - while supporting and guiding the career development of site managers, managing P/L activities, driving strategic marketing and recruiting, and hiring and terminating staff.


A BS/BA and 5+ years' demonstrated success in driving all facets of a multi-site business are required, as is the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams. You must also be willing to travel locally, and to operate within Sunrise standards and best practices, maintaining license compliance. Experience with a P/L of at least $15 million, strategic marketing and customer service is also necessary. Assisted living experience is a plus.
