STORE LOCATION:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

•Assists the Customer by wardrobing and selling merchandise
•Greets and offers all Customers exceptional service
•Reacts and follows through on Customer requests
•Achieves selling standards and goals on a consistent basis
•Provides merchandise information and current fashion tips to increase sales and Customer satisfaction
•Represents the fashion and style of Arden B.
•Utilizes the Client Program and book to develop and build a Client base that generates dollars on a consistent basis
REQUIREMENTS
•Goal oriented
•Excellent leadership skills
•Solid communicator
•Fashion savvy
•Strong merchandising skills
•Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
•2 to 4 years retail management experience in women's apparel
•Ability to recruit, train and develop a staff
