Provide professional and courteous service for new and existing policyholders.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for servicing and maintaining existing accounts to include quoting on new lines of personal insurance and handling all policy inquiries and changes. Prepare and complete applications, as well as follow up on needed information. Works with clients via the telephone as well as in person. May work in call center or sales office environment. Assumes additional duties as needed.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Must have ability to multi-task and prioritize work flow. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with clients. Strong attention to detail and organization skills. California Property & Casualty license required.
