SunBridge Capital, headquartered in Kansas City, is an established, nationwide, technologically progressive, full-service provider of innovative financing solutions for lease brokers, heavy equipment sellers, and their customers. This is a tactical client retention and relationship management role. The position will consist of frequent telephone contact and transaction processing support for major client accounts. The individual will be responsible for retaining and strengthening our relationship with these clients by providing excellent processing support for client transactions as well as proactive communication of our programs, services and technology products to help our clients succeed. This accountable position will only appeal to results-driven, customer-focused, team players. Training will be given; however, we are seeking individuals experienced and highly skilled in providing excellent B2B account coordination and client relationship management in a transactional environment.

The successful candidate will have good computer skills and be comfortable learning new products and applications. The individual will also posses prior knowledge and experience with financial services and products or, minimally, excellent business math comprehension. The individual will personally resolve and/or log, evaluate and prioritize all customer issues, requests and knowledge gaps pertaining to our products and services. Issues will be reported to management regularly and escalated as necessary to achieve excellent ongoing client education, satisfaction, and retention.

Position Requirements
• Serves as the primary business contact for assigned clients
• Responsible for client support and delivery of ongoing product and process knowledge to assigned clients; maintains service level commitments through transaction processing and proactive communication
• High aptitude for the use of technology
• Highly organized but flexible, with an ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Gains and maintains a clear understanding of SunBridge Capital’s capabilities, services and products, and effectively communicates these to the client
• Maintains knowledge of SunBridge Capital’s transaction processing systems and associated policies and requirements and utilizes these when necessary to tactically support client
• Communicates internal processes and procedures to educate clients on how to most expeditiously, effectively and profitably conduct business with SunBridge Capital
• Represents client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality
• Builds relationships with clients to encourage repeat business opportunities
• Responsible for majority of client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables
• Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient, professional manner, informing management of any problems that may arise
• Pursues opportunities for account growth and new business and communicates opportunities to Management
• Works closely with internal departments as necessary to support client
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate Minimum Requirements (those not meeting all requirements will not be considered)
-Highly detail oriented
-Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask
-Ability to process information quickly and still maintain quality
-Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
-Ability to adapt and thrive in an evolving, high growth environment
-Working knowledge of equipment financing, mortgage or insurance processing is a strong plus
-Exceptional interpersonal skills
-Ability to quickly gain and maintain knowledge of processing procedures, products and client service level agreements
-Ability to quickly gain and maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance requirements
-The ability to turn a complaint into a positive customer experience.
-The ability to listen to, digest and comprehend challenges in order to understand the customer’s point-of-view
-Ability to grasp and explain the following to customers on a daily basis: (1) equipment financing structures, (2) reasons for credit approvals and declines, (3) transaction status (4) program and credit model requirements
-Ability to think on your feet and remain professional and upbeat when dealing with stressful customer support situations
-Ability to filter and format the manner in which you convey information to our customer base versus how you would communicate to internal audiences
-Excellent computer skills in a windows based environment
-Ability to learn new applications; desktop and internet based
-Excellent self expression skills, written and oral. Good grammar.
-Minimum 2 years experience in a transactional client support environment
-Continuous work history and ability to demonstrate longevity in positions held (candidates with employment durations less than 2 years per employer will not be considered.)
-Proven ability to empathize with and retain customers while still upholding company policies
-Ability to work in team oriented, cross functional environment
