Outstanding technical support position requiring A+ certification. Position involves supporting clients of a major computer manufacturer and will include training on operating system Vista scheduled for January release. Here is a chance to keep current with hardware and operating systems support. This is Call center position typically covering 1st and 2nd shift. Direct hire position .... which offers you the earliest access to benefits. This is a Level II position and requires a well focused customer service orientation in addition to good hardware and operating system knowledge.

Several weeks of paid training in a new state of the art training area will take place at the call center.
REQUIREMENTS
A+ Certification
Good knowledge of computers
Understanding of operating systems
Call Center Experience
Customer Service orientation
